Murray In The Right Tempo

Murray In The Right Tempo

Andy Murray well negotiated its entry into contention at the Masters in dominating David Ferrer, in two sets (6-4, 6-4), at the O 2 Arena in London. The other meeting of the group will oppose Monday evening Stan Wawrinka and Rafael Nadal.

It was the certainty since its final at Bercy, Andy Murray has not decided to dedicate its end of season only to the final of the Davis Cup, which will be held in two weeks in Belgium. The Scots, for its entry in contention at the Masters, has managed a solid meeting to overcome David Ferrer, in two sets (6-4, 6-4).

Murray thus confirms the ascendancy it now owns in Spanish, beaten for the fifth consecutive time (12-6 in total). As at Bercy two weeks ago, in a similar encounter (6-3, 6-4), the No. 2 global was slightly higher than his opponent, by its ability to make more winning points than him (13 to 14), for a number of equivalent unforced errors(24). Murray is also best service, allowing it to put greater pressure on his return games. The break ended up coming at the end of the first round (6-4), and then the Scots is not distraught when Ferrer took the lead in the second Act (0-2). Murray has waited his time for pick up at 3-3, before finishing significantly louder than the Valencia (6-4).

For Murray, this Masters starts, so in the best of ways, him who has still never reached the final in five investments, and which remained a correction imposed by Roger Federer (6-0, 6-1) last year in the O2 Arena in London. The British will attempt to confirm this beautiful start Wednesday against the winner of the meeting of Monday evening between Stan Wawrinka and Rafael Nadal.
